The SKF TKBA 40 aligns the groove profile of V-belt pulleys. The TKBA 40 is mounted in the pulley grooves using V-guides and powerful magnets. With only two components, a transmitter unit with laser and a receiver unit, the belt alignment system is quickly attached. The three-dimensional target area on the receiver unit allows easy detection of misalignments and their type (horizontal, vertical, parallel or a combination thereof).
