Universal chemical hose with seamless inner layer made of PTFE. Suction/pressure hose for filling and emptying drums, containers, tank and tank wagons and for stationary equipment. Kink-resistant and dimensionally stable due to high-strength steel wire helix, the hose remains round during suction operation and gravity discharge even in tight bending radii.
- Temperature range depending on flow medium -30 °C to +150 °C, can be steamed out for cleaning and sterilization up to 150 °C/max. 30 min.
- Core: electrically conductive, PTFE, black, smooth, seamless
- Inlay: high-strength textile braiding, temperature-resistant, additionally with galvanized steel wire spiral
- Cover: EPDM, black, electrically conductive, abrasion resistant, weather and aging resistant, flame retardant
- Conforms to EN 12115, FDA and USP Class VI, EU Directives 1935/2004 and 10/2011
- Marking: continuous writing tape, blue/white/red: "ELAFLEX PTFE 50 EN 12115 ELAFLON PTFE FDA SD Ω/T PN 16 CONTITECH MADE IN GERMANY 3Q-15".
