High temperature resistant steam hose designed for reliable and safe use in the transportation of superheated steam in the chemical and petrochemical industries, refineries, construction, horticulture, marine and many other industrial applications.
- pressure carrier: excellent corrosion resistance due to the use of 2 galvanized strength members
- black, non-porous, smooth EPDM inner layer
- good resistance to pop-corning
- black, fabric-patterned EPDM outer layer, ozone-, weather- and UV-resistant, abrasion-resistant
- temperature resistance in saturated steam up to +210 °C, short-term +220 °C at 23 bar (saturated steam)
- operating pressure up to 18 bar
- electrically conductive, R <106 Ω/line
- Bursting pressure: min. 180 bar, safety factor 10 : 1
- meets all requirements of DIN EN ISO 6134-2A
