GORE® Sealing Tape DF

The GORE® Flat Gasket DF is the "original" among PTFE cord seals from the roll. Developed by the inventors of the "ePTFE", it offers plant operators ease of installation, high safety against failure, minimal downtime, low storage costs and optimum plant availability.

As a result, the GORE® Flat Gasket DF makes a major contribution to operational safety and economical maintenance. GORE® Flat Gaskets DF, manufactured using the GORE process, have an oriented fiber structure. This results in excellent mechanical properties.

The gaskets are plastically deformable during bolting and highly pressure-resistant when installed. The exceptional properties of GORE sealing products have solved many sealing-related problems in industry. For example, known sealing materials based on asbestos, asbestos substitute materials and graphite have been fully replaced.
