HGW round bars type 2088 PF CC 42

Phenolic cotton hard fabric for gears, structural parts with good electrical and thermal properties with low moisture absorption and good dimensional stability.

Qualities:
HGW 2082/PF CC 201 (DIN EN 60893), color brown
Hard fabric sheets made of dense cotton fine fabric with a weight of approx. 200 g/m2 - standard quality for all applications such as:
- gears, bearing shells, construction parts, fixtures
- material with high mechanical properties
- standard bearing quality.

HGW 2083/PF CC 203 (DIN EN 60893), color brown
Hard cloth sheets made of dense cotton fine cloth with a weight of approx. 130 g/cm2 - high quality for gears with fine toothing.
Available on request.

HGW 2088/PF CC 42 (DIN EN 60893), color brown
Solid bars wound and pressed to shape.
Supplied in fabrication lengths of approx. 1000 mm.
Diameter = raw dimensions, 2 - 4 mm allowance is necessary for machining, depending on
diameter. On request (at extra charge)
ground up to 70 mm OD.
Larger diameters turned.
