The included accessories allow the TKSA 51 to be used in a variety of applications (motors, drives, blowers, pumps, gearboxes, and more). The system's mobile app practice videos show in detail how to make precise measurements.
- Measurement flexibility - Users are not limited to the usual three measurement positions. Measurements can start at any angle and require only a total rotation of 40 degrees. This makes alignments possible even when space is very limited.
- Automatic reports - Alignment reports are generated automatically. They can be completed with customized annotations and application photos. The operator can electronically sign the report on the touch screen. Reports can be exported as PDF files and shared with other apps.
- Comprehensive and compact - The included components (magnetic mounting frame, extension bars and chains) make the TKSA 51 a versatile device that is still compact, lightweight and easy to transport.
- Real-time 3D display - This feature allows quick measurements by intuitively aligning the heads. A success message appears when the horizontal or vertical correction position is reached. The app can rotate the virtual motor in three dimensions until the actual machine position is reached.
- Interference compensation - The measured values are averaged over time to ensure high measurement accuracy even in the presence of vibrations and other external interference.
- Fully functional demo mode - The apps are available for download. In demo mode, the user can test shaft alignment before purchase.
