Drawn Cup Freewheels HF without bearing INA
Product information "Sleeve freewheel HF1012-L564 INA"
Drawn cup roller clutches are one-way clutches consisting of thin-walled, chipless outer rings with clamping ramps, plastic cages, pressure springs and needle rollers. They transmit torques in one direction and are radially space-saving. The freewheels are available without and with bearings.
Drawn cup roller clutches are precise in their indexing, since the individual spring-loaded needle rollers ensure constant contact between the shaft, needle rollers and clamping ramps. They permit high switching frequencies due to their low mass and the associated low moment of inertia of the clamping elements. They also have a low no-load friction
moment.
Drawn cup roller clutches can be used in various applications, e.g. as indexing units, backstops or overrunning clutches. Here, the drawn cup roller clutch takes over the overrunning function or the holding function.
