technicoll® 9403 2C MMA structural adhesive

Very fast curing 2-component MMA adhesive.

A 2-component high-performance structural adhesive based on MMA. The adhesive is characterized by a short processing time, high temperature resistance (up to +130 °C in some cases), very good flexibility and high force transmission. The adhesive cures very quickly to almost transparent to translucent at room temperature. Further processing of the bonded parts is possible after approx. 5-6 hours.

Ideal for bonding a wide range of plastics, bonding in the electrical and electronics industry, bonding of automotive interiors, bonding in furniture, carpentry and store fitting, janitorial work (residential complexes, hotels, hospitals, schools), maintenance department in factories, workshop applications, model making, jewelry industry, furniture handles on glass

Preferably suitable for bonding of:
Steel (bare), stainless steel, copper, aluminum, brass, nickel, PMMA, PVC, ABS, polyester, polycarbonate, epoxy resins, chrome, zinc, polyester, glass, wood materials, concrete, stone, ceramics, painted and coated surfaces

Processing of the adhesive:
technicoll® 9403 can be used in the so-called. No-Mix process, bead on bead and also with static mixing tube.

1. processing in the separate application process (no-mix): One component can be applied to each side of the material. The components mix during the joining process.

2. Processing in the bead-on-bead process: Both components are applied one on top of the other to one side of the material and then joined immediately.

3. Processing using mixing tube (micro static mixer): Using the mixing tube, an almost transparent adhesive joint can be achieved.
