Tension rollers type M

Tensioner pulley type M, heavy series with eccentric is available in 7 stationary wheel sizes. The tension pulleys are characterized by a rigid and vibration-resistant support structure. The forces acting through the belt pull are safely absorbed by the amply dimensioned base diameter. The race and the supporting structure are made of aluminum. The tension pulleys are cantilever mounted on the machine wall. The eccentric mounting allows easy adjustment of the belt pretensioning force. The face wrench can be used for swiveling around the mounting axis. The tension pulleys are equipped with high quality deep groove ball bearings. The bearings are initially greased with high-performance lithium soap grease and thus lubricated for the service life. The greases can withstand 120 °C for short periods. From a continuous temperature of 70 °C, a reduction in the grease service life must be expected.
Socket head cap screws to DIN 6912 can be used for fastening to the machine wall.
The tension pulleys BSR 71-100 and BSR 73-100 are available in single and double groove versions. They are initially greased with DIN 51852-K3K grease. They have proven their worth as deflection and tension pulleys for light-duty belt drives, e.g. for T2.5 and T5 toothed belts.
